New sprite, Team Update


Hi all, Captive has not disappeared!

First of all, the game updates:

- Letha's sprite has been finished and next step is to implement it in the game

- Chapter 4 is at 3/4 of the writing task! Just need to write the final part. Probably tonight.

Second, updates about the team:

- Edsan is no longer programmer for Captive. They helped a lot for the making of and the release of the game, screens, menus, layered sprites. Code for Chapter 1, 2 and 3 are still their own. Thank you for all that you have done for the project.

- In exchange, new team members have joined:

Alex Itsios, Senior Programmer, will help with his knowledge and help with the code and the most complex issues.

Collederas, Programmer (but probably Game Designer), will be here in the team to help making sure there is a balance with scores and values in the game dynamics.

Mochi, Programmer, will help with the code as well, right now already checking on a recent issue.

Olive Juice, Junior Programmer, here to help when he can and to learn from the more experienced :)

Little Void, Junior Programmer, as well a beginner and here to learn.

We also have Kaite Mirek as an Editor of the italian version, she will help me to make sure that all the parts of the story, even the less intense ones, are pleasurable to experience.

One of my favourite things of this team is that we are from at least 3 different continents and, even if the timetable is a bit weird, I think that's so cool <3

We are still looking for a Sound Designer and a Marketing Manager, to get music and sound effects, and to help with the social media posts and things like that :)

We realized a major issue when updating the game. 

Let me know if this happened to you: you have played the game on an older version, then downloaded the new one, and tried resuming from your last save. But sadly, the game wouldn't allow you to do that.

So, we didn't think about it before - and that was a mistake - but apparently updating the code of the earlier chapters makes so that you sometimes can't reload previous savings.
We're trying to see if this can be fixed (thank you, Mochi!), but in the meantime, we have decided to update the game with a new chapter only when the new chapter is definitely (or almost definitely) finished.
This way, the problem won't present itself anymore for the next chapters. I'm also trying to add an autosave at the end of every chapter, so the game knows where to resume when we will update with the next chapter.

Last thing: I think we need to fix the name of the game.
Right now we have at least seven games on itch.io with the same name and that can create a lot of confusion.
Together with the 4th Chapter update we will probably update also the name of the game, and same for some links, like the Itch.io page and the Twitter.
So don't be alarmed if you don't find us anymore with the same name, the new one will be announced before the major update!
